Seniors AGM Monday 18 March. Food to be served for approximately 56 at 1330. NR to confirm numbers the week before. Sandwiches and Chips at £6 per head. Owen to determine sandwich filling, using any meat left over from the Sunday lunch if possible. Each team of 4 to have 4 different rounds of sandwiches using bloomer bread, cut in triangles on one large plate plus 2 blue bowls of chips. Payment would be collected from each player as part of their entry fee for the golf competition in IG and journaled across. The layout of tables would be in tables of 8 with the committee table set for the meeting in the bay window. Attendees would turn their chairs towards the bay to participate. Microphone and PA system required. AGM to start at 1415.
